A new step in the continuity of her commitment to cardiovascular health! After Dr. Amraoui 's participation in previous conventions in Mauritania, she had the immense honor of participating in this 20th edition in Paris, bringing together key players in the Europe-North Africa partnership in fields as diverse as health, industry, technology, AI, banking, and energy resources.

💓 She had the privilege of receiving the Health Award for her medical career and for her investment in cardiovascular prevention and access to health for all.

During her speech, she highlighted a major public health issue: the prevention of cardiovascular disease. This involves implementing information and support policies for patients, identifying and addressing risk factors early, and developing appropriate, accessible care pathways that incorporate innovation.

She also emphasized the importance of preventing, diagnosing, and treating cardiac arrhythmias, which affect up to 1 in 3 people during their lifetime. These rhythm disorders, particularly atrial fibrillation, are associated with an increased risk of mortality, stroke, and heart failure, and should be considered a public health priority.
